“Pets, Love, and Letting Go” is a 90-minute interactive mindfulness session exploring the deep bonds we share with our animal companions—and how presence, compassion, and meditative tools can support us in cherishing them, preparing for change, and working through grief. Through guided reflection in pairs and small groups, we’ll create space for connection, grief, and gratitude (more details below).
Whether you're currently experiencing the joy of life with a pet, anticipating a transition, or living with the memory of a beloved animal—you are welcome!

Session Description
For many of us, pets are more than pets—they are family, healers, and loyal friends. And yet, few of us are truly prepared for the emotional journey of saying goodbye. The grief of losing a beloved animal can be devastating.
In this interactive 90-minute session, we’ll explore how mindfulness tools can help us build meaningful moments with our pets while they’re still with us—and support us through the natural transitions of life and loss.
